That variety is one of the reasons Rancho Bernardo continues to appeal to such a broad range of buyers.

For buyers with children or those thinking long term, another major draw is that many Rancho Bernardo neighborhoods are served by the highly sought-after Poway Unified School District, often called PUSD. Access to PUSD is one of the reasons Rancho Bernardo continues to stand out for families looking for strong public school options in North County San Diego.
